A Happy Easter to you all.
As you can see this year I have a piece of a real tree on which to hang my crochet eggs.
I have a friend who was looking for something similar last Friday and so I was looking too and I found this lying on the ground. When I came home I found a heavy glass bottle and some of the grit, I used to use to add on top of the soil for house plants.
Gave it a bit of a prune
and it was all ready.
As I normally do – here are my Hot Cross Buns.
As so often happens, although I started making them in the morning, they were not ready to go in the oven until early evening so I had to take them with the kitchen light on. I make them on the Thursday so I can have one for breakfast on Good Friday. This year I decided to add the sugar glaze.
