I am sure that few of us are having the Christmas we wanted but I hope that you all can find some reason for happiness and celebration at this the darkest time of the year.
It hardly seemed worth putting up decorations as I will be spending Christmas alone but in the end I did manage a few.
The theme in my house seems to be very much Angels and Snowflakes.
I also added (photo from previous year) my wreath
and gel snowflakes.
My knitted Nativity set (Kings and star to come later).
I didn’t feel up to setting up my normal Christmas tree, bought when I was in the previous house, which doesn’t fit easily in my present sitting room.
But on impulse I bought a 2ft tree at the last minute.
and added my favourite decorations.
Three angels and two snowflakes here. Can you see them? (Clicking on the photo a couple of time should let you see it full size – i.e. huge!)
This is Christmas happiness for me: https://thethinkingwasp.wordpress.com/2020/12/23/kings-college-carols/

Yes, it was a good day and I did see my daughter’s family courtesy of Google Meet.

Iām glad you had a good day and, like we did, harnessed technology to see family on the day. Happy New Year to you Jane.

Happy New Year to you too! Tech does make the present situation more bearable.
