No Knitting this last month. I did pick up my second sock and do a bit but my wrists started to hurt. Somehow crocheting granny squares is so much more wrist friendly! My first make was a quick birthday present owl keyring. But then I finished the centre of my Celtic Knot Granny Ripple blanket and revealed it, plus some of the steps along the way. A week later I shared the plans and patterns.
I also was finally able to finish the top I was making for my daughter and give it to her: such a pretty colour. I decided to include the spider photo I used in that “Spiderdream” post. My last crochet project was a hairband for me.
In the middle of the month I shared a collage I had made for Instagram and a bit about the individual photos that make it up, plus other photos showing how my garden is mostly green.
(I’ve left out a reference to my rant about the inconsistency of Stylecraft Special DK since that would be a bit boring and downbeat).
That sounds like plenty of productivity to me 🙂

I’m always pleased to look back and see how much I have managed to achieve.

Wow lots done, I don’t mind the rant, I am using yarn now exactly same brand & thickness but seems different lengths, it is very strange.

If the weights are the same between balls then it must be different thicknesses. My only real ‘proof’ that the yarn was thicker was the fact that it got used up more quickly.
