July Montage

In July I made a knitted cowl in some mohair yarn I had acquired and then worked up a crochet version in some yarn I had in my stash. (Neither of them were in my plan for this year!)

I had lots of adventures in the countryside and took many photographs. It was very hard to chose which ones to include in this montage.

I tried out a pattern I had been meaning to try for ages but wasn’t sure what to use it for. My lovely readers gave me lots of ideas.

At the end of the month I made a couple of crochet hook cases. Well the last one was stricktly speaking August but we will include it here because they belong together. The second one was my own pattern and I gave an outline of how to make one.

0252-blanketAnd I am still working on my blanket – be September before I finish at this rate but I have to keep trying other things. I have also made one of a pair of socks that I haven’t shown you yet and a present for August.
